Our Leadership Team
Our church is run by a team of Elders who are guided by a Church Board. We ought to say that we are a democratically run church with plenty of opportunity for all of our members to take leadership roles in the church or simply to 'have their say'. The hesitation in saying that we are 'democratic' suggests that the church is run by the people - when we would aim for God being the head of the church.
